OBJECT The Trustees of the Meller Estate represented by Fenn Wright (Mr Roger Hayward)

The Whitehall Estate extension includes Place Farm an area of over 5.5 ha, which has been allocated for employment use for over 20 years. The site is subject to a number of constraints which render its use for employment purposes unviable.
In accordance with Para 22 of the NPPF we believe the site is capable of making a more useful contribution to meeting the Borough's housing needs. site and better support the needs of the local community.
