I object to the building of a further 350 homes on mersea island for the following reasons:
Flooding due to concrete slab for the said houses will cause more flooding. There are already many flood issues in surrounding area to proposed development.
Sewage and drainage struggle to cope in east road and surrounding areas'
We have not enough doctors dentist school infrastructure at present it will reach crisis point should we have more people to use the facilities.
Power station and safety to the community is unstable with present residents more will create bigger issues.
we will eventually due to world food supply have to farm more to sustain growth
in population concreting over green belt takes away valuable farm land in order to do this.
