Representation: - access should NOT be through Wellhouse Green/Saltings Crescent as it will be a danger and nuisance to those living there.

- new surgery like Mersea Road Surgery at Abbey field needed BEFORE ANY more houses on Mersea.

I object as it looks to me as if access is via Wellhouse and our Doctors surgery is already struggling.

You actually need to see/live with the issues of parking and road widths in Wellhouse to know that a potential 300 extra cars can NOT be coming up and down there. Wellhouse and Saltings are basically a single lane road taking in to account road widths and locals, friends and deliveries parking up, which is already an issue here. Why can't access be given from Dawes Lane, which would be so much safer for everyone.

Our doctors surgery has just announced they are dropping locals from their books. How can you possibly add another 350 homes and the occupants that come with them when the surgery are having to remove patients from their lists? We would need to see a surgery much like the new Mersea Road surgery in Abbey Field before you can even contemplate building more homes on Mersea. I am not convinced even the new surgery proposals could cope with this.

Sorry but I can't help but feel this has not been properly evaluated looking at the proposals available here.
