The doctors and school already do not have the capacity to manage the additional 170 houses that are currently being built, let alone another 60 on top. The impact on local facilities and services will be unreasonable. I booked a Drs appt today, it's in 4 weeks time, how long is that going to be when the 170 houses are built, let alone an additional 60. Rowhedge does not have the capacity for this proposal, and it will be vulnerable people like the elderly who have higher medical needs and children who need educating who will suffer the most if this goes ahead. The pre school is also running at capacity.
