Settlement Review
Mid Page 73 says Tiptree is approximately 5 km from Kelvedon Railway station, which seemed a bit closer than it is, in fact the geographical centre of Tiptree is over 6km from the station.

Bottom of page 73 says there are 2 supermarkets in Tiptree, to me there are 3. Iceland is housed in our original only supermarket, the new Co-op building did not have a great deal more grocery space; it added clothes and a travel agency, the major difference being a large car park. Iceland sells chilled food, some household articles as well as frozen food; it has several conveyor belt style checkouts. Has it just been missed or is it a matter of definition of what constitutes a supermarket?
