Representation 764 on Preferred Options Local Plan by Mr David Henley

Representation: I cite the same reasons why there should be no further building developments on this Island (school at full capacity, doctors and dentists practices at full capacity, no police presence (despite paying through Council tax), increased number of day visitors etc). What is most troubling is why has a developer already bought the Brierley site before planning permission has been granted - this seems to suggest that permission has already been granted and this consultation is just paying lip-service to the process. Council's are only concerned with the amount of Council tax that can be obtained.
