Representation 762 on Preferred Options Local Plan by Mr Kevin Andrews

Representation: I feel that there is insufficient infrastructure on the island to support such an increase in housing, since there is no permanent, police, fire brigade or ambulance on the island. Current schools is not large enough to support influx of pre secondary school places. There is no secondary school available without busing pupils to either tiptree, maldon or colchester. Medical practise cannot cope with an additional 1000+ patients. I believe this is badly thought out and should undergo major rethink regarding available infrastructure development.
