Original submission

The Plan's statistics and assumptions are flawed Existing Dwellings and mean population are understated, The sewerage and wastewater facilities are unable to cope now, with raw sewage regularly escaping out of the system, flooding gardens and access areas during sustained wet periods. The local Oyster fisheries are at the brink of disaster with falling water quality Only one Road on and off the Island making the infrastructure inadequate for existing needs let alone placing it, and the school, doctor and dental surgeries under more pressure with the potential for another 350 plus homes CBC's plan's view of the impact on Island's services and facilities from the Caravan sites and visitors is drastically understated. No account of the Bradwell nuclear development has been considered.
Please reconsider and withdraw this proposal as its impact on the community will be devastating.
