Looking at the planning it references Brierley Paddock. This is a narrow, privately owned property, so how can this be viable to service the traffic required to build the properties and then to service. 350 houses, with typically 700 cars on the island, seems a lot, can the infrastructure cope? Roads, schools, GP, Dentist, Supermarket etc.?
