Support / Object: OBJECT
Document Link: Preferred Options Local Plan - Sustainable Settlements, Mersea Island, SS17a: Mersea Housing and Employment
Representation: Medical & educational facilities are already under pressure which will be compounded by proposed development.

No thought given to impact of development on residents.

The roads, are full it's a nightmare on all local roads.

East Road is bad enough now with traffic, especially at holiday time, what will it be like with hundreds more cars,

Original submission

Why are you trying to completely destroy another village in Essex? With another badly thought out plan that nobody wants.

I find it extremely difficult to get an appointment with the Doctors now, with 1,000 plus new people it will be impossible, I have already give up several times and run the gauntlet of Colchester's badly crowded ROADS to get to the walk in centre,

East Road is bad enough now with traffic, especially at holiday time, what will it be like with hundreds more cars,

The school will be under more pressure to accommodate the extra children, at just one or two children per house will add anything up to 500 new places required,

Were does all the money go, No money ever seems to be spent on the infer structure, Itappears that Colchester council wants to fill every bit of land with dwellings, with no thought about the strain this puts on the local people infrastructure and services,

The roads, are full it's a nightmare on all local roads, Start having a thought for the residents you are supposed to serve, and it's not as exiting for the residents as it might be for you.

I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS DEVELOPMENT
