Original submission

I would like to formally note my objection to the proposed building of 350 houses on Mersea Island. Speaking as a local resident I am fully aware, as you are so blatantly not, that Mersea's water pressure, sewerage, electricity supply, roads, doctors and every other local amenity cannot take it. It is obvious that central government policy is running down the bureaucratic pipeline until it reaches this kind of disgusting project that is only the thin edge of the wedge. You people will not stop until you turn Mersea into an overcrowded toilet. I left Central London and came to Mersea to get away from this so called "local democracy" which is in reality fascism. You will not win we will organise and swallow up your petty little corrupt careers in the process. Additionally we know that the caravan sites are a back door to eventually more permanent houses. I suggest you take the caravans and park them in Westminster
