Following my letter, dated 25th August 2016, objecting to the two preferred sites off School Road, Langham, I would like to add other important points.
Both the sites off School Road are adjacent to the Class B2 Industrial site owned by Mr Whitnell and Powerplus. This would create a land use conflict and would be against the guidance given in the National Planning Policy Framework.
Both the new sites would conflict with the Sustainable Development section of the National Planning Policy Framework in that they would have poor access to transport links and other services. In addition the size of the new estates is not proportional to the size of the existing village.
