Representation: Common sense should surely prevail to this new development
a) more cars trying to cross the Strood when the tide is in.
b) parking anywhere is difficult now more houses will make problems worse
c) doctors appointments would be harder to get
d) no police station or police to be seen patrolling the streets
e) school would suffer as many more pupils will need to go
f) most of these things are made worse at peak holiday times.

We very strongly object.

The Wellgreen Housing estate has been built at the back of us, this means of course a lot more cars, which already makes it difficult to get out of the drive, hence adding more houses would make East Road even worse.
