Original submission

My husband and I strongly object to this proposed development for the following reasons.

The infrastructure just cannot cope with any more developments baring in mind it is not jus th 350 houses but the extra Qeoplc and cars.

We are a tiny island with only the one road on and off wnich i also covered in water one weekin four approximately.

The doctors surgery struggles to co e now, likewise dentist, schools etc.

Parking is a problem and at times the roads are so congesteo that traffic is at a standstill, especially auring the summer months. We have five caravan parks open all year round and an international youth centre all adding to the population on the island.

We also have many day visi tors to the island especially now Colchester has expanded all adding to the traffic problem.

Is this development on green belt land? We seem to have very little open space for the number 0£.inhabjtan.ts living here not taking the beach into consideration.

Enough is enoug and I think we have definitely reached breaking point on this island.

Yours faithfully
