Representation: The proposed 28 dwellings are well in excess of the normal peppering numbers for affordable homes. It is much better to spread affordable homes across the Lakelands and Tollgate areas, not concentrate them in a single area. The size of the buildings will overpower the entrance to Lakelands and will resemble a motel. Placed on the corner near a double mini-roundabout, they will restrict vision of oncoming traffic,too.
