The respondents, WL2010 Limited who own land to the north of Rectory Hill, Wivenhoe, which is identified as a broad location for growth on the Wivenhoe Policy Map, support Policy SS18.
The broad growth locations identified in the policy and on the Policy Map are the result of extensive site assessment work undertaken by the Wivenhoe Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, in consultation with Wivenhoe residents. As such, they are considered to be the most appropriate sustainable and deliverable locations, capable of meeting the town's growth needs.
