Representation: This part of SR6 was always shown as two houses to match the phase one houses. Secondly this application is regarding provision for one car per household (plots 13-28) is not anywhere close to being sufficient. This is evident throughout the rest of this new development where people are now parking on the pavement or in other streets due to the lack of consideration in the planning stage around parking. Taking away more landscaped green space to add extra parking I'd not acceptable either. My final objection is to do with the loss of open space. It will feel claustrophobic.

I am objecting to the development of plots 13- 28 of the above proposal. This part of SR6 was always shown as two houses to match the phase one houses. My other objection against this application is regarding the severe lack of parking per household shown for plots 13-28. Provision for one car per household is not anywhere close to being sufficient. This is evident throughout the rest of this new development where people are now parking on the pavement or in other streets due to the lack of consideration in the planning stage around parking. Taking away more landscaped green space to add extra parking I'd not acceptable either. My final objection is to do with the general area and the lost of green areas and open space. This proposal is shutting the entrance to the estate down and will feel claustrophobic. Please just don't allow development so to meet numbers.
