This representation relating to Policy NC1 comprises the following recommendations:
1) The allocation of the western part of the Rugby Club site (Site 1) for employment purposes should be altered to allow mixed use development including high density specialised housing. Alternatively all the land to the south of Axial Way (Site 1 and 2) should be reallocated within Zone 2
2) The vacant site to the north of Axial Way (Site 3) should be included within Zone 1 and used for employment purposes.
3) That land to the South and to the North of the Travellers Site on Severalls Lane (Sites 4 and 5) should be allocated within Zone 1
4) The wording of NC1 should acknowledge that large buildings will be necessarily in Zone 3
5) That appropriate developers' contributions to infrastructure will be required.
6) The land around and north of Cuckoo Farm Studios should be designated for mixed use purposes or Zone 1 (site 6) (see attached response and plan).
