Representation: While I understand that more housing is required nation wide, I believe little thought has gone in to the proposed sites of Brierly paddocks and Dawes lane West Mersea. The infastructure is struggling already, sewerage, water, school, doctors, shops and parking but to name a few. My biggest concern however is the access to both of these sites. Dawes Lane would definitely be the main route to both sites and is way too narrow with poor parking at the Cross Lane cross roads. Then there is East Road and Seaview Avenue. They can't cope now
