I am objecting on several grounds.
One) The primary school in Rowhedge is full and will be for some considerable time. The next available primary school for this area, Old Heath, is also full and the same problems will exist. Where do you plan to put the children?
Two) Rowhedge has only a small Medical practice where it is already exceedingly difficult to get an appointment. Where will the new 200+ people register themselves?
Three) Rowhedge has already taken a large hit on the housing front with 170 buildings being erected on the brownsite that was Rowhedge Wharf. Are you sure you want to add potentially 1000 people to an already overstretched Public Service offering?
Four) This is farmland for heaven's sake. How can we feed an ever increasing population if we keep building on arable land. Brownsite is fine. Using greenbelt is objectionable as it is but to use valuable farmland to put houses on is a massive piece of backwards thinking
