I am very concerned that there has been no public consultation on the amended Boxted Neighbourhood Plan, particularly as the number of proposed properties is now unspecified. The local plan gives a figure of 36. An unspecified number could therefore be more.
We have a very poor bus service which is not guaranteed to continue. Cycling is dangerous on the 3 mile Straight Road and there is no footpath after Mill Road. (2.26)
The new Boxted school was built in 2005 and has since been extended but there are several families in the village unable to enrol their children there and have to transport them to other schools. At this time no further sites are needed.......'(2.35)
