We understand that the health and wellbeing of both existing residents of Tiptree and future residents is a paramount consideration. As residents, as well as owners of TIP12, we want to work with the TNPWG to ensure that sufficient consideration is given to community amenities and green space to facilitate healthy lifestyles. In particular, Tiptree Heath Primary School may require additional outside space and/or parking away from the school buildings themselves. A new or expanded health centre may also be required to accommodate the growth of Tiptree. Any additional infrastructure requirements should be proportionate to the amount of new housing allocated for Tiptree.
