Representation: STN Hall Rd High quality agricultural land should not be built on. Will set a precedent. Archaeological exploration should be carried out. There is a Roman Villa one side and remains the other side of Hall Rd. It is a narrow road, not suitable for approx. 100 extra cars if 50 homes built. Very busy Swan Public House exits a short distance away from a traffic island and opposite New Copford Place entrance. The old Copford place site is still in abeyance. Pse consider change of use for undercapacity industrial site further up London road. Infrastructure issues.
