Representation: More services are needed, also need to be more spread out. Dormice are present.

Obviously The Wharf development is well underway and does not directly relate to this.

However, combined with this development it becomes apparent we will need (by the time this is built):
- an additional school
- an additional GP
- more shops (we currently have two, both in the centre of the village)

Further consideration should be made for access to this development.

Having previously lived on the Waterwich development (Oxton Close) prior to my current address on Regent Street - access is a concern. Specifically emergency services being able to get by parked cars and the like. People driving to the centre of the village to reach the shops or our two pubs already have great trouble finding somewhere to park and/or park inconsiderately. This pressure is only going to increase without more services spread out around the village.

I am reliably informed that Dormice are present on the area proposed.
