The village of Rowhedge has not yet had the full impact of the docks development, this will be adding 200+ homes and therefore 200+ people. What kind of impact is this going have on an already stretched doctors surgery and local school? With previous development along the waterfront, we have had an increase in parking difficulties and roads blocked with cars, even though all new dwellings have 'off road' parking, since the addition of these dwellings parking has got far worse. I am concerned for the impact on the local wildlife and established hedgerows that the wildlife depend upon. The area at the bottom of the field proposed is already prone to flooding. Will this make things worse for homeowners nearby?
